Adults
with learning disabilities suffer problems of discrimination in every
field of life. The lack of opportunities means they are not able to develop
in areas they want to. The needs of this group are often neglected. While
obviously they need to have the same opportunities as all other members
of society, sadly such opportunities are not available.
Our project addresses these challenges, and offers our members both work experience and education, while also allowing them to develop as individuals by building their self-confidence and self-esteem.
The project is unique, as is the way it operates. The decisions affecting the project's development are made by the project members themselves - the adults with learning difficulties. The staff's role is to ensure that the goals are achieved.

2. Commission our members to help with any of your gardening needs - no job is too large or too small.
3. Remember us when disposing of furniture, furnishings or electrical goods. You may have no more use for it - but we can turn it into something saleable. We collect free in the Bedford and Kempston area.
4. Purchase renovated items frpom our store in Kingsway, Bedford. It is open from 9.30 until 4 from Monday to Friday, and we deliver your purchases free in the Bedford and Kempston area.
